During this time Tara broke stories including the confirmation of the Foot and Mouth outbreak in Wales. She could also often be seen anchoring the programme live from location during the fuel crisis and terror alerts. Tara also reported live from across the country during the Queens Golden Jubilee celebrations. She has also presented current affairs programmes including Wales This Week. Tara also coordinated ITV Wales’ coverage of the Assembly Elections and ITV’s summer tours.

In 2006 Tara became Programme Editor of ITV’s half hour flagship programme, Wales Tonight. She left ITV in 2008, to become joint Managing Director of The Border Group; she now combines that role with that of founding director of Barn Media.

In 1999 he moved to Channel Four News joining their daily current affairs programme Powerhouse as a Producer. During his time there he worked on stories including the IRA arms disarmament, the Fuel Crisis and the 2000 US Presidential Election.

In July 2001 he joined the ITV News Channel as a producer before being appointed a Programme Editor. During his time there he covered stories including the September 11th attacks and the Iraq War. In 2003 Brett moved across to the ITV Network news as an output producer working for the Evening News and News at Ten.

 

He joined ITV Wales as Deputy Programme Editor in January 2007 assisting in the production of the main evening programme ­ 'Wales Tonight'. He was promoted to Programme Editor in November 2008 and was editorially responsible for the output of Wales Tonight.

In 2010 he became a founding director of Barn Media.

In 2010, Chris was embedded with the British Army in Helmand Province, Afghanistan and provided news coverage from the frontline as well as producing a documentary for the award winning current affairs programme, Wales This Week.

An accomplished presenter, live and in studio, Chris has presented flagship programmes for ITV Wales including Wales Tonight, The Ferret, Wales This Week and Soccer Sunday as well as reporting from Africa, Australia the Middle East and Europe.

 

As a lobby journalist Chris headed ITV Wales’ political coverage following the dramatic 2010 election and in his role as Consumer Correspondent he specialised in covering the credit crunch and recession, which included the collapse of Lehman Brothers.

During his ten years as a broadcast journalist Chris has developed a wealth of broadcast and programme making experience, but his skills have also been utilised for media training and corporate productions.

Getting to the heart of what the organisation is about, understanding who they’re competing against, making sure they’re presenting the right image to their target audiences and delivering on their promises is fundamental to commercial success and brand reputation.

Brigitte has led major branding programmes, analysing and developing brand strategies – vision, mission, values and propositions – through to delivering comprehensive implementation programmes. These have involved creating new company names, corporate identities, tone of voice and applying these to all communications – from concept generation to content, design and print production - across all media.

 

During her career, Brigitte has worked with the likes of Zurich, Royal Mail, Tesco, Abbey National, Lloyds TSB and most recently Ecclesiastical Insurance Group.

His on screen career saw him report on some of the major stories in Britain and Wales of the late 20th / early 21st century - and took him to 16 different countries. During the 1980s and 90s he won a number of awards such as Welsh television reporter of the year, a silver medal at the New York film and television festival and was voted Welsh business journalist of the year no fewer than three times.

Nick still appears from time to time on ITV Wales as a business analyst and now specialises in media training and PR work.
